The firm is seeking to add a Corporate Development Associate to its growing team in Washington, DC. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on high-impact Venture Capital and M&A initiatives.

The Corporate Development Lead will be responsible for:

• Executing transactions for clients in the Aerospace and Defense Sector.
• Performing analysis on potential mergers and acquisitions of companies in the Aerospace, Defense, and broader Industrials space.
• Supporting senior leadership with innovative ideas and visual analyses.
• Leading deal execution, including due diligence, financial modeling, and valuation.
• Managing client relationships and providing strategic advice.

Corporate Development Lead should have the following qualifications:

• 1-3+ years of M&A within Investment Banking, Corporate Development.
• Ability to perform data analysis as well as visualization methods.
• Extensive experience across the Aerospace and Defense space (Aviation, Defense Systems, Space Technology).
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
