The Venture Capital Senior Analyst will play a key role in sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities, executing on investment theses, and supporting portfolio companies. The ideal candidate will work at the intersection of traditional healthcare payer and the innovative health start-up ecosystem.

Responsibilities include:

sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities across digital health and healthcare innovation; conducting market research, competitive analysis, and investment due diligence; assisting portfolio companies with strategic guidance and operational support; sharing insights across Care First and the startup ecosystem; building internal team operations and processes; preparing investment memos and supporting the investment committee.
