Associate, Investment Associate – Growth Strategy

Savano Capital Partners is looking for an Investment Associate to join their growing team in the Washington DC-Baltimore area. In this role, you’ll spend half your time sourcing new investment opportunities and the other half on investment diligence and execution. You’ll work closely with partners and have a chance to make a real impact in a collaborative environment.

• Source and identify new investment opportunities.
• Build relationships with founders, executives, and investors.
• Analyze companies and industries for investment diligence.
• Develop financial models and valuations.
• Support monitoring of portfolio performance and potential exits.
• Contribute to improving investment processes and sourcing capabilities.

• 2+ years in investment banking, private equity, growth equity, or a similar role.
• Strong financial and analytical skills, especially in accounting and financial modeling.
• Genuine curiosity about how businesses operate and succeed.
• Excellent communication skills for building relationships with executives and investors.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a small team environment.
