** WHAT YOU WILL DO*
* * Invoicing, credits, debits, etc. (customer account maintenance)
* Proactively communicating to various departments on problem accounts
* Working with the Collections Department to resolve customer billing issues.
* Providing timely responses to customer and employee requests for information
* Preparing information required for the month-end, and quarter-end
* Account reconciliation
** WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR*
* * Education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
* Experience in Accounts Receivable, Finance, or relevant experience
** WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT*
* * Proven attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to process large volumes of transactions efficiently while maintaining data integrity
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
** COMPENSATION DETAILS
** The potential hourly pay rate is $19 to $21, with eligibility for bonus or merit program. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, market conditions, and internal equity.
