Syntelligent is seeking a Military Forces Analyst to support a Government Customer.

Location: DIA HQ / 20 Mac Dill Ave, Washington, DC 20340

Shift: Day

Anticipated Salary Range: $85,000 - $90,500

Status: Full-Time

Opening Type: Immediate

Number of Openings: 1

Duties will include:

• Conducts all-source analytic production on foreign military forces on, but not limited to, foreign military organizations, command structure, strategy and doctrine, capabilities, equipment, operations and exercise, facilities, sustainment, leadership, and force disposition/order of battle.

Required:

• 3+ years of experience in military capability analysis and creating, using, and maintaining MIDB records
• Knowledge of the INDOPACOM AOR and great power competition
• Knowledge of the IC and Combatant Command environment
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• HS diploma or GED and 7+ years of experience in an intelligence field, or Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in an intelligence field
• Ability to provide shift work support at the Pentagon, if requested

Clearance: TS/SCI w/ CI Polygraph

Certification Requirement: IFPC within 90 Days of Hire

Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit/stand at a desk for long periods and must be able to lift 20 pounds occasionally.

Mental Requirements: Must be able to multi-task and rapidly change priorities with limited notice.
