Supports departing, continuing, and newly elected Senators and their staff during the biennial transition to a new Congress. Serves as the primary point of contact to all stakeholders for the purpose of transitioning office spaces. Develops and reviews written materials such as reports, program overviews, and outreach material. Creates and maintains reports, website content, forms and dashboards for congressional transitions and inaugural ceremonies.
Plans, implements, and facilitates training sessions; includes researching and collating of information on a wide variety of topics and the development and facilitation of presentations. Coordinates and supports ad hoc projects and special events. Assists in identifying support resources; performs outreach efforts throughout the Senate. Other duties as assigned.
