We do this by aligning the voice of our small business members with advocacy for change in federal policy that will make the government market more accessible to small businesses and the commercial technology ecosystem. The Channel s founding Technical Board Members include former government leaders and IT executives passionate about bringing best-of-breed technology to the government. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Financial Management Analyst to join our team!
- Provide oversight and management of Contractor personnel.
- Support DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE), with emphasis on program planning and analysis, budget preparation and justification, and funds execution.
- Demonstrated experience with DoD financial accounting systems (e.g., Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Program Budget Information System (PBIS), Mechanization of Contract Administration Services System (MOCAS)).
- Demonstrated experience in contract analysis and Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis.
- Lead and direct the work of others; perform a variety of tasks as part of a team.
- Preferred Degree: Bachelor s level degree in any technical or managerial discipline

10+ years relevant experience in Financial Management or financial/cost analysis; significant experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations - Required Specialized
