This position is located in the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation's (PBGC), Quality Management Department (QMD), Learning and Development Division (LDD). This vacancy announcement will close after the first 30 applications are received or on the closing date, whichever occurs first.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe candidate selected for this position will:
Design, implement and coordinate professional and Corporate training programs and services that align with the Corporation's strategic plan, mission, goals and objectives. Administer the agency's Learning Management System (LMS) in support of the agency-wide training programs. Manage assigned non-supervisory development programs for agency employees designed to improve their education and skill for career enhancement.
