About the Esthetician position

Life is hectic and our guests face more and more challenges with travel. We appreciate just how important it is to our guests that we offer them the opportunity to maintain their health and vitality during their stay with us. So, we’re searching for an Esthetician with exceptional skills, experience, and the ability to provide our guests with a wide range of skincare‑focused services.

• Performing professional skincare services, within scope of practice and licensing
• Designing specific sessions based on members or guests’ individual needs.
• Selling additional products and services in a simple but professional manner to enable clients to maintain their skincare routine at home
• Creating excellent member/guest experience through friendly and helpful attitude.
liCommunicating various promotions to clients.
• Assisting in the cleanliness of the location (therapy rooms and common areas).
• Explaining how the service will affect the client’s skin and offering advice on which service is best for them

• Cosmetology Manager's License
• Communication and guest service skills
• Hands‑on experience with esthetician equipment
• Demonstrating exceptional timekeeping and reliability
• Ability to create a safe, effective environment
• Minimum of 500 hours of Esthetician school and a certificate of completion
• Adherence to all applicable local and state licensing laws and regulations related to the esthetician services provided, including following any applicable law pertaining to maintaining current Massage License
• Knowledge of and experience in performing a variety of skincare services required, as well as knowledge of and experience in performing other skincare services

The hourly pay rate range for this role is $25.75 to $35.75.

This rate is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Washington, DC.
