Seeking a Clinically Licensed Therapist with a Master of Arts (or higher) and supervisory experience. TSG ([The Sibley Group]) is a private group psychotherapy practice in Washington, DC, with three locations and over 20 therapists. We focus on child, teen, adult/parent, and couples/family specialties.

Monday to Friday plus one weekend day weekly or two weeknights weekly.
Ability To Commute / RelocateWashington, DC 20008:
Washington 20002 – Reliable commute required or relocation planned before starting work.
Hybrid remote in Washington, DC 20008 or 20002.
Shift Availability- Day Shift (Preferred)
- Night Shift (Required)
- Weekend Shift (Required)
- Provide high‑quality, personalized therapy services
- Respond to calls within 24 hours (same day preferred)
- Maintain regular contact with parents of child clients in a clinically relevant manner
- Attend weekly peer consults, monthly play therapy, and family/couples consults
- Meet weekly goals for client sessions
- Complete clinical notes daily
- Participate in consultation or specialized supervision as provided
- Complete assessment forms
- Pursue a specialized treatment niche in child/teen work within the first two years of work and adult treatment models in time
- Provide play therapy to children (APT‑approved training—RPT: Registered Play Therapist, or RPT‑S: Registered Play Therapist‑Supervisor preferred) and/or psychotherapy with teens
- Licensure: LICSW or LMFT, or LPC; or Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in District of Columbia
- Clinical counseling: 1 year (Required)
Master’s degree (Required)
Compensation$70,000 – $150,000 per year plus bonus options
