Kona Medical Consulting is actively seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and/or Behavior Technicians (BTs) for immediate openings in Ashburn and Aldie, Virginia. This role is a direct hire under TIBS for Kids, a respected provider of ABA therapy services across the state.
Position Overview:
As a Behavior Technician, you'll provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental challenges. You'll work in various settings-homes, clinics, schools, and community environments-to support each child's growth and help them reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct behavioral therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Follow and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Teach skills in areas such as communication, social interaction, academics, and daily living
- Collect accurate data during each session
- Communicate effectively with families and team members
- Be punctual and reliable across all assigned sessions
Education:
- Associate Degree (Required)
- At least 1 year of experience working with children (Preferred)
- Prior ABA or special education experience is a plus
- In-person sessions in Ashburn and Aldie, VA
