Licensed Graduate Social Worker - LGSW to work with older adults in a Washington, DC long‑term care facility. The schedule is 8:30 am‑5 pm, Monday‑Friday.

• Conduct intake/assessment to determine needed services
• Meet with clients as determined by treatment plan

• Work with one of the nation's largest behavioral health referral agencies
