Able Minds ABA is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Washington DC. As a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, we are committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate services to families affected by autism.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a BCBA to provide ABA therapy services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. The successful candidate will work closely with our team of professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, conduct behavioral assessments, and provide training and support to families and caregivers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform treatment decisions

  • Provide ABA therapy services to clients, including one-on-one and group sessions

  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to develop and implement skills training and support plans

  • Attend and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences

  • Stay current with industry developments and best practices in ABA therapy

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field

  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or eligibility for certification

  • One year of experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities

  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and practices

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
