Position: Case Manager, Patient Services -Rare Disease (West Coast Candidates)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide personalized assistance to patients and caregivers to help them gain access to PTC products
  • Build positive relationships with patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and the sales team for coordinated patient care
  • Solve problems urgently to assist patients in accessing therapy and maintaining adherence
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders while ensuring patient confidentiality and compliance with regulations
  • Manage all aspects of patient cases, ensuring timely and professional follow-up
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree with 3 to 5 years of Case Management experience or equivalent education and experience in a biotech environment
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and solution skills in case management
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Bilingual/Spanish speaking is a plus
  • Pharmacy Technician certification
  • Experience in healthcare provider office management
  • Previous experience working with sales representatives
  • Registered Dietitian License preferred but not required
