Concierge

Job Description

The Hotel Concierge is responsible for the overall satisfaction of guests by offering prompt and friendly personal & building assistance, convenient amenities, and executing daily activities. They will be creating a welcoming environment and providing current information about the local area, attractions events, and will take initiative to add a personalized experience. Hotel Concierge is also responsible for greeting guests, assisting with questions, and providing recommendations and directions to restaurants, attractions and events in the area, all while providing exceptional service.

The Hotel Concierge will proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling. Support with any other tasks within the division and/or any tasks assigned to by the management team.

Must be proficient in Windows, and must have a valid driver’s license for the applicable state. Extensive knowledge of the area and be able to give directions clearly preferred.
