Job Details- Compensation: The hourly base pay range for this position is $15.10 per hour plus tips.
- Work Schedule: Open availability.
- Benefits: Eligibility for accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine benefits, and 401(k) retirement savings plan, depending on classification, length of employment, and hours worked. Seasonal and temporary roles are not eligible.
The Guest Service Associate provides exceptional hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner. Responsibilities include parking and retrieving guest vehicles safely, assisting guests with luggage, and ensuring a welcoming experience.
Essential Functions- Maintain pleasant, friendly, professional demeanor with all guests, co‑workers, and clients; acknowledge and greet guests within five feet.
25% - Use salutations, welcome guests, practice proper phone etiquette, and stay present in designated areas while completing tasks.
10% - Parks vehicles, assists with bell services and luggage storage, opens vehicle and hotel doors for guests.
20% - Assists guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and other inquiries; provides information about amenities and local attractions; delivers messages or items as requested; shuttles guests to approved locations.
10% - Explains parking rates and retrieval procedures; issues claim checks after receiving vehicle keys; maintains ticket information; calculates and collects revenue for vehicles when needed.

- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Licensure: Valid driver’s license for the state of application or nearby state.
- Experience: One month related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge: Principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
- Skills:
- Ability to read and write standard English.
- Understand simple instructions and correspondence.
- Write simple correspondence.
- Present information one‑on‑one and in small groups.
- Perform basic arithmetic operations using U.S. money.
- Understand 24‑hour and military time.
- Understand applicable rates.
- Operate a manual transmission is highly desirable.
- Perform parallel parking.
Employee regularly required to talk, hear, sit or stand for extended periods, run, walk, handle objects, reach, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. These tasks are performed outdoors for extended periods, often in extreme heat or cold. Lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally, up to 50 pounds frequently, up to 20 pounds constantly. Travel up to 5% may be required.
