• Provide timely assistance to residents and prospects with care and professionalism.
• Plan and execute community events that foster engagement.
• Maintain brand loyalty by consistently delivering a positive residence experience.
• Drive awareness and excitement through social media and encouraging online reviews.
• Organize front‑desk logs, package rooms, club‑room reservations, and freight elevators.
• Work weekends or evenings as required by the shift schedule.

• 2+ years’ experience in hospitality, retail, travel, or hotel environments.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• A sharp professional appearance.
• Competency with various software, apps and computer programs.
• Attention to detail and a proactive customer‑focus mindset.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

$48,000—$51,500 USD
