The historic Washington Hilton is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to join their team! This 1107-room property is within blocks of Dupont Circle and Adams Morgan, with the White House and National Mall less than two miles away.
This position will oversee the Four Oaks Restaurant, Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, Sidecar Lobby Lounge, McClellan's Sports Bar, and our Executive Lounge (15‑20 hourly union team members). The role requires primarily PM coverage from 5 PM – 2 AM. Ideal candidates will have 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in Hotel Food and Beverage, great attention to detail, experience working in high volume outlets, and a passion to serve.
Shift Pattern: candidates should be available to work both AM and PM shifts flexibly, any day of the week, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Salary: The annual salary range for this role is between $60,000 and $70,000 [final offer is based on applicable and specialized experience].

What will I be doing?As a Food and Beverage Manager, you would be responsible for directing and organizing the activities and services of a hotel food and beverage outlet (restaurant, lounge, room service, coffee shop, etc.) in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Directs and organizes the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service.
- Plans and directs the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation.
- Implements effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs.
- Ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards.
- Helps ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service.
- Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff
