Specialist HR Operations

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Provide support to employees and address their queries effectively in French and/or Italian.
• Maintain and update employee records in the HR management system.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth HR processes.
• Assist in payroll processing and ensure alignment with local labor laws.
• Prepare and deliver HR reports as required by the management team.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees in the Georgetown location.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for HR operations within the industrial/manufacturing sector.

A successful Specialist HR Operations (French/Italian Speaker) should have:

• Proficiency in French and/or Italian, both written and spoken.
• Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in HR operations, preferably within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and local labor laws.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in HR management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
