Role Summary

We are seeking a People Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic global People Operations team. Based in Casablanca, this role plays a key part in delivering a consistent and high-quality employee experience across the full employee lifecycle.

You will support onboarding and offboarding, employee data management, HR systems (including Success Factors), documentation, compliance activities, and day-to-day employee inquiries. Working closely with People & Culture, Payroll, Business Managers, and other global stakeholders, you will help ensure People Operations processes run smoothly, compliantly, and efficiently.

This is an excellent opportunity to deepen expertise in HR operations, HR technology, compliance, and global HR practices while contributing directly to employee satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities Employee Lifecycle Support
  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and offboarding activities, including documentation collection, background checks, system provisioning, and induction scheduling.
  • Ensure timely processing of employee lifecycle changes (promotions, transfers, leaves, terminations, status updates).
  • Support new hires and exiting employees with clear guidance and a positive experience.
HR Systems, Data & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in Success Factors and regional HRIS tools.
  • Perform regular data audits to ensure reliability, compliance, and alignment with internal standards.
  • Prepare HR reports and ensure timely data flow to Payroll, Finance, and internal partners.
  • Uphold data privacy and confidentiality in compliance with corporate and local regulations.
Employee Support & HR Services
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee questions related to HR policies, benefits, leave, and general People Operations processes.
  • Provide clear, empathetic, and professional guidance while maintaining discretion.
  • Assist with benefits administration and leave tracking in compliance with Moroccan labor regulations.
Projects, Process Improvement & Compliance
  • Support regional and global HR initiatives such as performance cycles, compensation reviews, engagement surveys, and compliance programs.
  • Identify process gaps and propose improvements that enhance efficiency and service delivery.
  • Contribute to maintaining updated SOPs, checklists, templates, and process documentation.
  • Assist with compliance requirements, including documentation related to Moroccan labor laws.
  • Effective Communication: Communicates clearly, professionally, and with cultural sensitivity across verbal and written channels.
