Job Description

Duration: 12 + Months (with possible extension)

Job Responsibilities:

Must have excellent communication skills, as they will be serving Executives. Previous executive serving experience is a plus.

On-site problem determination and remedy of MS WIN operating systems errors.

Initial installation and re-loads of common PC applications and base images.

Desktop and laptop installation, discontinuance, relocation, upgrade, and modification.

Break/fix support, IMAC, data migration, and PC refresh. Must have great communication and customer service skills.
