As a Technical Support Engineer, you'll play a critical role in safeguarding our customers' digital assets.
Responsibilities Technical Support & TroubleshootingProvide high‑quality support to customers, with a focus on investigating and resolving complex technical issues.
Troubleshoot integration‑related challenges between our platform and other third‑party solutions.
Assist customers in diagnosing and resolving issues related to email infrastructure, including deliverability and security concerns.
Troubleshoot identity and access management issues, including identity providers (IdPs) and authentication workflows.
Participate in initiatives to develop and improve support solutions that enhance customer self‑service and operational scalability.
Work closely with our development and product teams to escalate and resolve customer‑reported issues, providing valuable insights for product improvement.
Collaborate with customer success team to ensure seamless customer experience.
Be the go‑to‑person for the DACH/Central Europe market.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in German and English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
Prior experience in a technical support role
Prior experience in a software company
Strong troubleshooting skills
Understanding of email infrastructure and security
Gain a deep understanding of our product, integrations, and key use cases.
Shadow team members to observe best practices in technical troubleshooting.
Begin handling standard support requests independently.
Dive deeper into our product's technical intricacies, expanding your knowledge base and troubleshooting capabilities.
Take on more challenging support tickets independently, showcasing your ability to tackle complex technical issues.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains within the support team, actively participating in discussions and initiatives.
Establish yourself as a go‑to resource for both customers and internal teams, leveraging your expertise to drive meaningful impact.
Consistently deliver exceptional support experiences, going above and beyond to exceed customer expectations and foster long‑term satisfaction and loyalty.
Salary Range: €/month
Location: This role is based in Helsinki, Finland. We work in a hybrid work setting.
