• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, visualization, or quantitative research using tools and methods to support tactical and senior-level decision‑making.
• Experience in cleaning, validating, and preparing large datasets for analysis and visualization, and using geospatial tools, such as ESRI tools and platforms, to support analysis or visualization.
• Experience with PAI.
• Experience in Python or Java, and using tools such as Spark or Databricks, to support large‑scale data processing, analysis, and visualization.
• Experience with machine learning, automation, and artificial intelligence techniques applied to data analysis.
• Experience working with the national intelligence community and the DoD Joint structure.
• Knowledge of geo‑enabled datasets.
• Ability to translate technical findings into clear, actionable insights, and manage multiple projects on tight deadlines.
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Engineering, or a Science field.

• Experience integrating structured and unstructured data via APIs or custom tools.
• Experience with intelligence data fusion, multi‑source integration, and IC data standards.
• Experience designing or customizing tools to optimize data mining, cleaning, and analysis workflows.
• Experience supporting intelligence analysis related to African political, security, or socio‑economic issues.
• Knowledge of NLP and machine learning methods applied to intelligence use cases.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Excellent client‑facing and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
