The Service Now Platform Support Administrator will be responsible for providing customer support for the platform. This role works to create production and non-production cloud environments and deploys the automation pipeline to automate environment creation and configuration.

• 6+ years of related Service Now experience
• 4+ years’ experience with Service Now Implementation
• 4+ years’ experience with Service Now Platform Architecture
• BS degree (or additional 4 years of experience) or MD degree (or 2 additional years of experience)

• Relevant Service Now certifications

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland
. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. $98,500-$184,900 USD
