- Manage all technical, solution, and competitive aspects of the sales cycle for the employer's software solutions
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Managers to serve as the technical liaison between Account Executives and prospects
- Proactively deliver technical information to customers through various communication methods, including onsite and virtual meetings
- Scope, manage, and execute customer pilots and Proofs of Concept, defining success criteria and timelines
- Cultivate strong interpersonal relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales
- 5+ years of Mid Market/Enterprise software selling experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation, and writing skills
- Strong skills in discovery, overcoming objections, and identifying risk
- Must be willing to travel up to 40%
- Experience in contact center environments or selling contact center solutions
- Vertical industry expertise (e.g., Retail, Financial Services, Healthcare)
- Previous consulting experience in implementing enterprise-class software solutions
- In-depth knowledge of Customer Service Software, ITSM, data warehousing, and business intelligence
- Experience developing or selling Artificial Intelligence solutions
