Litigation Support Technician

Contact Government Services – a division of CGS Federal – seeks a skilled Litigation Support Technician to provide technical and analytical assistance to the United States Attorney's Office.

Pay Range: $ – $ per year (actual pay based on experience and skills).

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate litigation support services, including trial preparation and presentation, in response to client needs.
  • Install, configure, and maintain litigation support equipment and systems.
  • Develop standards and procedures for applications and coordinate efforts with agencies involved in litigation team activities.
  • Perform testing, quality assurance, configuration, installation, implementation, and maintenance of resources used for data, voice, and video transmission.
  • Ensure system availability, functionality, integrity, and efficiency.
  • Resolve hardware/software interface and interoperability issues.
  • Maintain the litigation support equipment inventory.
  • Implement policies and procedures to safeguard confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems and data.
  • Provide customer support: installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and training.
  • Diagnose and resolve incident complaints, maintain hardware and software, and provide orientation to new users.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • U.S. citizen.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Ability to complete a stringent background investigation and obtain the required government security clearance.
  • Experience with litigation support principles, methods, and practices.
  • Experience with litigation support systems development concepts, performance monitoring, and quality assurance.
  • Familiarity with technical documentation, systems security, and discovery processing hardware/software (e.g., Law Pre-Discovery, Nuix, IPRO Eclipse, Relativity).
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
