About the RoleOur client, a leading organization in the public sector, is seeking a SNOW Portal Developer to join their team. As a SNOW Portal Developer, you will be part of the support and consulting services team, contributing to innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
What You’ll Do- Design, build, configure, and test Service Now portals and web-based components
- Develop and customize portals using Service Now EC Pro
- Update and maintain portal content to ensure accuracy and usability
- Document technical designs, configurations, and development standards
- Research and implement portal enhancements and updated content
- Troubleshoot and resolve portal, UI, and performance issues
- Follow Service Now best practices, accessibility standards, and security guidelines
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality solutions
- Active Secret Clearance (must be current)
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Advanced experience with:
- Service Now Platform
- Service Now Portal Development
- Service Now ITSM
- Service Now EC Pro (required)
- Strong understanding of web development and portal architecture
- Proven ability to document technical solutions
