Role OverviewProvide expert advice and support to the Joint Interagency Task Force 401 (JIATF 401) leadership, including the Data, Assessments, Requirements, and Training Division Chief and the JIATF 401 Director. Focuses on developing, integrating, and assessing C‑sUAS training across the Joint Force, supporting Combatant Commands, Military Services, and Federal agencies.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain expertise in C‑sUAS missions and supporting technologies.
- Present C‑sUAS training initiatives to senior leaders with operational and tactical context.
- Assess, document, and analyze C‑sUAS training and readiness issues.
- Develop recommendations to improve the effectiveness of existing training programs.
- Consult with program managers, system development teams, and Military Services to guide C‑sUAS training solutions.
- Prepare briefings and represent JIATF 401 at meetings, forums, or conferences related to C‑sUAS.
- Execute staff actions to support JIATF 401 initiatives.
- Respond to requests for information from stakeholders, including Congress, OSD, and other key organizations.
- U.S. Citizenship
- Bachelor’s Degree required;
Master’s Degree preferred - 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Active Secret‑level security clearance required
- Basic understanding of the C‑UAS mission
- Senior Military Staff experience
Schedule: 40 Hour Week
Work Location: Customer Site, Huntsville, Alabama
Travel: 0‑10%
