Job Description- Financial Accounting (FI):
General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, Financial Statements.
Controlling (CO):
Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), Product Costing`}.
S/4 HANA Specifics:
Universal Journal, SAP Fiori Apps, Real-time Analytics, Integration with MM, SD, PS
Business Processes:
End-to-End processes like Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C).
Knowledge in Funds Management, Grants Management, AA, Investment Management(IM)) modules is an added advantage
10 Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with SAP S/4 HANA Private Cloud/On-Premise environments is a plus
Proven experience in delivering end-user training and creating training documentation
Certifications:
SAP S/4 HANA FI/CO certification is an added advantage
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for core Finance (GL, AP, AR, AA, Cash Mgmt, Taxation) and Controlling (Cost/Profit Centers, Product Costing, Margin Analysis) modules.
Implementation & Configuration:
Lead full lifecycle implementations/migrations, blueprinting, designing, configuring, and testing S/4
HANA FICO functionality, leveraging Universal Journal اللو CLO& Fhop apps.
Collaborate with finance stakeholders to analyze, document, and translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions.
Develop training materials (BPPs, user manuals) and conduct engaging training sessions for end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of S/4
HANA.
Ensure seamless integration with MM (Procure-to-Pay) and SD (Order-to-Cash).
Enhance financial reporting, support month/year-end close, and optimize system performance.
Maintain comprehensive functional specs, configuration docs, and user guides.
