Hybrid Onsite: 4 Days per week onsite from Day
1.

We are seeking a talented UX Researcher with a sharp analytical mindset and strong designing background. Someone who has worked on multinational time zones would be preferred.

• Design intuitive, user-cantered interaction flows and prototypes for enterprise-grade applications.
• Translate high-level requirements into detailed UX designs, working iteratively to refine based on feedback.
• Develop detailed micro-interactions and scenario-specific mock-ups using Figma.
• Drive UX design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely, high-quality output that aligns with standards.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and data scientists.
• Ensure all designs are accessible and inclusive, adhering to usability and accessibility standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong hands-on experience designing background and rapid prototyping.
• Proficient in Figma (minimum requirement; the more advanced, the better).
• Excellent ability to create detailed, scenario-specific mockups and micro-interactions.
• Ability to handle ambiguous, high-level requirements and break them down into actionable UX steps.
• Strong understanding of user behaviour, UX best practices, and accessibility standards.
