Location

Washington, DC Metro (Hybrid). Hybrid role with 2–3 days onsite at client locations. Candidatesookies within 25 miles of a DXC office are expected to be on-site two days per week.

Role Overview

The People Soft Test Lead manages end-to-end testing activities across People Soft HCM and ERP implementations, ensuring quality and readiness for deployment.

Essential Duties

• Lead functional, integration, regression, UAT, and release testing
• Coordinate testing efforts with business, technical, and project teams
• Define testing metrics and ensure quality standards are met
• Manage UAT teams and validate deliverables against client requirements

Required Qualifications

• DOD Secret Clearance and U.S. Citizenship.
• 5+ years of enterprise system testing experience
• Strong knowledge of ERP and HCM testing methodologies
• Experience working with diverse stakeholder groups

Other Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must have or be able to obtain an Active Secret Clearance.

Compensation

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $69,700 - $129,500.
