- Conduct User workshops to ascertain the business requirements
- Map the business requirement with OOB and custom developed features of MSCRM
- Work with the business stakeholder to understand the requirements and come up with a FSD.
- Requirements gathering and analysis
- Prepare functional and technical design documentation
- Document the requirements in the form of Functional specification document
- Facilitate the technical design for identified functional requirement by working with the development team
- Identify data migration needs and facilitate documentation of the same in Functional specification document
- Facilitate test planning, test case preparation and end user testing for CRM developments
