Terrestris is seeking a Systems Support Specialist I – User Support to provide daily IT support for CI personnel at IRS Headquarters in Washington, DC. This full-time, onsite role runs Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM ET, with federal holidays off, and focuses on resolving end-user issues and maintaining IT services.
You will deploy and refresh laptops and mobile devices, create knowledge articles, and assist with AI-enabled support tools and chatbots.
