Rust Engineer

Our partner companies tend to be trading firms with (mostly) in-house developed trading systems. They range in sizes between 15 - 1000 FTE and trade products in both traditional markets and cryptocurrencies. For candidates with heavier experience in trading, our partners would normally ask you to focus on research and infra-related projects (e.g. backtesting infrastructure, data engineering and storage, etc.) or the development of functionalities related to trading logic (OMS, trading tools, etc.).

Engineers with lighter (trading) experience tend to be considered for connectivity, risk, and back-office related engineering teams where technical challenges are less reliant on domain knowledge though this also depends on experience, need, and the interview process.

• A proactive and driven attitude
• Extensive experience working in trading
• Strong knowledge of Rust
• Professional grasp of the English language (please know, our partner companies are made up of staff from all over the world most of whom who are non-native English speakers)
• Familiarity with Options or other derivatives is advantageous

While we discuss the interview process in detail with you, most interview processes will be similar to the one below:

We hold ourselves to high ethical and professional standards guided by transparency, honesty, and trust. We will never introduce your data and CV to our partners unless we have your explicit written permission to do so, will always prepare you for your interviews, and provide feedback on your applications when we engage in a process.
