We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Ad Operations Specialist to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, paid performance advertising, and media operations. The role requires strong ad operations experience, tracking, analytics and good communication skills. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth campaign execution,tracking, media operations and troubleshooting issues.

• Set up and execute ad campaigns on Linked In, Google, Facebook, and programmatic platforms, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting in Marketo, SFDC, etc.
• Conduct quality assurance and testing of creative assets across browsers and devices, ensuring ad creatives meet technical specifications and troubleshooting implementation, tracking, and reporting issues.
• Optimize campaigns using A/B testing, budget pacing, and industry best practices to maximize performance.
• Setup tracking of content syndication campaigns, including quality checks, lead uploads, and collaboration with internal teams
• Maintain organized records of creative assets, campaign proposals, and execution plans while identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Generate and test ad tags for campaign launches while monitoring key metrics like CTR, CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
• Create monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations, analyzing data to identify trends and presenting findings to stakeholders for strategic decision-making.
• Added advantage if you have experience with creative platforms like Figma or Adobe for ad creatives and localization.
