Job DescriptionLocation:
Remote | Type:
Contract-to-hire
Our client has plenty of data in Snowflake, but not enough clarity on the KPIs the business actually needs. This role is focused on closing that gap by modeling ARR correctly, which in turn unlocks most of the downstream metrics across churn, revenue, and performance reporting.
You'll build and document the Snowflake data models that turn raw enterprise data into trustworthy ARR, churn, and revenue metrics. Just as important, you'll help define those metrics with Finance and Rev Ops instead of waiting for a finished spec. This person needs to be able to speak confidently about what ARR actually means in the context of the business, not just move data around.
The role will sit under an incoming Snowflake lead starting in September, so the work leans technical. The differentiator is that you can sit with Finance, understand what they're really asking for, and translate that into clean, usable models.
They're looking for strong Snowflake and data modeling experience, with dbt as a plus, plus clear experience working on ARR, churn, and SaaS revenue analytics. Genuine fluency with Finance and Rev Ops matters here. Some exposure to AI/ML on top of the data is a bonus. This is not a management consulting profile. It's a builder who communicates well and can work remotely with meaningful overlap across UK and US East Coast business hours.
