Who you'll be:This role is responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive data migration strategy from Microsoft Dynamics and NetCRM into the Salesforce Person Account model. The position involves directing data profiling, mapping, mock conversions, production cutover, and establishing a robust data governance and deduplication strategy for the platform.
What you'll do:- - Own the end-to-end data migration strategy from Microsoft Dynamics and NetCRM into Salesforce (Person Account model).
- - Lead data profiling, field-level mapping, and transformation design using Mule Soft Data Weave in collaboration with Bank data stewards.
- - Direct iterative mock-conversion cycles, production cutover extraction/load, and post-migration reconciliation.
- - Design the native duplicate-merge/deduplication strategy, including Salesforce duplicate rules, custom Apex probabilistic matching, and a data-steward Lightning Web Component.
- - Establish the data governance framework, including data-quality standards, access/security model alignment, and an archiving/retention strategy (hot/warm/cold tiering).
- - Prepare migration specification deliverables and reconciliation reports for Bank sign-off.
- - Proven experience in data migration and management, particularly with Salesforce Person Account model.
- - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and NetCRM data structures.
- - Proficiency in Mule Soft Data Weave for data transformation.
- - Experience designing and implementing data governance frameworks and deduplication strategies.
- - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- - Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with data stewards and stakeholders.
- - Familiarity with Salesforce duplicate rules, custom Apex, and Lightning Web Components is a plus.
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.

The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia is: $109,500 — $224,200 USD
