YSI is seeking a Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Agile/Scrum delivery
• Project schedules and WBS
• Budgeting and cost tracking
• Staffing/resource allocation
• Deliverables, status reporting, customer meetings, and executive presentations.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree. Associate’s degree or High School Diploma/GED permitted with additional experience as defined below.
  • Bachelor's + 10 years relevant experience;
    Associate's + 12 years; or High School Diploma/GED + 14 years.
• PMP and Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent is not required but preferred.
• Experience in managing federal IT/application development and sustainment programs
• Risk and issue management experience
• SDLC/PMLC experience
• Technical transition and knowledge transfer
• Multidisciplinary technical teams
• Experience managing software/cloud environments and coordinating developers, database, cybersecurity, and systems-analysis resources strongly preferred.

Location: Washington, DC or contractor site (Onsite)

Status: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $120,000-$130,000 annually with benefits
