Think Tek LLC in Washington, DC seeks a Help Desk Assistant to provide frontline support for NOAA's BAS environment. You will assist federal users with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) inquiries, manage and route tickets, and document issues. You will monitor queues, respond via phone, email, and chat, log interactions in Service Now, and escalate complex problems to Tier 2/3 in a fast-paced government setting.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
