Meet the Team Join Cisco’s Enterprise Security Product Team, a dynamic group at the forefront of cybersecurity innovation. Our team designs and builds the agentic SOC (Security Operations Center) which places us on the cutting edge of AI-driven security solutions. You’ll collaborate with dedicated AI research engineers, product marketing, solutions architects, and cross-functional partners, all in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and supportive environment.

You’ll help shape the most transformative area of Cisco’s flagship security operations platform, making a visible impact in an industry-defining team. Your Impact Drive the product strategy and execution for our agentic SOC within the flagship security operations platform. Partner closely with engineering and customers to identify critical security operations challenges and translate them into actionable product requirements. Prototype and validate solutions, ensuring hands-on familiarity with the product and delivering demonstrable results.

Collaborate with cross-functional GTM teams to launch new capabilities and ensure successful rollout to customers. Lead analyst briefings for Agentic SOC capabilities with leading market research analysts

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or Cybersecurity with 12 years of experience; or Master’s degree with 8 years of experience; or PhD with 5 years of experience

Experience with Security Operations Center (SOC) workflows, SIEM, SOAR, XDR, threat intelligence, and incident response processes

Experience with AI, machine learning, or large language models, including personal or professional projects

Preferred Qualifications Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to executive leadership, customers, and engineering teams

Ability to balance long-term strategic vision with tactical execution in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous environment

Strong sense of ownership and accountability, consistently driving initiatives from conception to successful outcome

Demonstrated curiosity and active listening skills, especially in customer and engineering engagements
