US AC’s target compensation range for a new hire into this position is $80,000 - $105,000 USD per year. Actual salary may vary depending on job-related factors based on knowledge, skills, and experience, as evaluated throughout the interview process. In addition, this position may be eligible for an annual performance bonus. USAC has a comprehensive benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, FSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Commuter Benefits and Wellness Programs.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and collaborative professional to serve as UX Designer II.

Working in a creative and fast-paced environment, the Product (UX) Designer II position is responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences, bridging the gap between user needs and business goals. Unlike junior designers, a Product (UX) Designer II is expected to take more ownership of their work, lead design workshops, handle complex tasks with less supervision, and actively influence the product development process.
Responsibilities- User Research & Analysis:
Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to identify user personas, behaviors, and pain points. - Design & Prototyping:
