Think Tek LLC is seeking a Help Desk Assistant to provide user-focused support for the NOAA Finance Office. You will assist federal users with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) queries, manage and route tickets, and help ensure timely resolutions.
You will join a dedicated help desk team delivering Tier 0/1 intake, training support, and knowledge base maintenance during high-volume periods including fiscal year-end processing. U.S. citizenship is required.
