Role:
- SAP Security Architect - GRC S/4
HANA
Location:
- Washington DC( 5 days onsite/ Hybrid)

- 15+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Security & Authorizations across ECC, S/4
HANA, Fiori, and SAP Cloud components. - Strong experience adapting or redesigning roles for S/4
HANA migrations (preferably 2020+ or 2023 releases). - Solid understanding of SAP simplification items and authorization impacts in S/4
HANA. - Technical proficiency in:
- SAP ECC & S/4
HANA security concepts - Transport security and audit controls
- Working knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control (ARA, BRM, ARM, EAM). End-to-end implementation experience preferred.
- Experience with SoD analysis, risk remediation, and audit/security frameworks (SOX, ISO, NIST).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate with senior leadership.
- Prior experience in repurposing ECC roles into S/4 vs. designing from scratch.
- Experience in greenfield or brownfield S/4
HANA transformation programs. - Certifications: SAP Security, S/4
HANA, GRC, or related credentials. - Exposure to cloud integrations (BTP, Success Factors, Ariba) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills; able to translate technical topics for business stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset with ability to define governance structures and drive adherence.
- Leadership presence and ability to influence teams
