WC Smith is seeking an experienced Field Support Engineer to provide hands-on technical support across our corporate office and locations in the DC area. The role includes desktop support, troubleshooting hardware/software, and assisting with daily IT needs for employees.
Approximately 50% travel between DMV locations is required. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of IT support experience and strong Microsoft 365 proficiency.
