Provide front-end AV/VTC support for conference rooms, auditoriums, and multipurpose spaces, ensuring reliable operation of meeting and event technologies.
Support Webex and Microsoft Teams collaboration, live broadcasts, video production, troubleshooting, user training, and technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot AV/VTC hardware and software, including monitors, microphones, conference phones, and room systems.
- Support Webex/Teams meetings and live events, including webcasting, hybrid meeting troubleshooting, captioning/interpretation coordination, and event production.
- Perform post-production video editing and develop user training materials, job aids, manuals, and operational documentation.
