• Salary Range:
  Up to $115,000 annually (flexible depending on experience)

• Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts ranging from $50,000 to $500,000, including construction, technology, and non‑profit sectors.
• Provide end‑to‑end account servicing, including certificates, binders, , endorsements, and renewals.
• Quote new and renewal business to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with producers and other team members to deliver exceptional service to clients.

• Licensure:
  Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree is required (verification will be conducted).
• Certifications:
  
  CIC, CRM, or CPCU designation (completed or near completion, verification required).
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 5 years of experience in a brokerage or carrier environment.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficiency in EPIC software is required (testing will be conducted). Proficiency in Excel is a plus.
• Industry Expertise:
  Experience managing accounts in construction, technology, or non‑profit sectors is required.
