REQUIREMENTS
• Prior patent litigation experience; open to learning trademark litigation.
• Experience in ANDA litigation a plus.
• Educational background in biology, chemistry, chemical engineering, or life sciences preferred.
• Ideal candidate will possess litigation experience throughout case lifecycle, including pre-trial analysis, discovery matters/disputes, taking and defending depositions, working with experts and their reports, court hearings, and trial.
• Opportunity to assume significant responsibility and direct exposure to clients.
• All candidates should have excellent academic credentials and references.
