Biotechnology Patent Prosecution Associate

REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will possess an advanced degree in biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, chemistry, organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry, or a related field. Candidates must have significant chemical or biotech prosecution, PTAB post-grant proceedings, and/or opinion experience. Must be registered to practice before the US Patent and Trademark Office. Top academic credentials, strong analytical abilities, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work well on a team are required.
