IP Associate

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience drafting IP and technology contracts is preferred.
• A patent registration number or eligibility to take the patent bar is required, and patent prosecution experience is preferred.
• The ideal candidate will be hardworking with a strong academic background, outstanding analytical ability, excellent writing skills, and be both detail-oriented and able to demonstrate leadership and initiative.
• They should also be eager to learn new technologies as they evolve and understand the associated legal issues.
• DC Bar membership or eligibility to waive in is required within one year of joining the firm.
