In this Role, the attorney will litigate around the following:

- Federal claims are largely discrimination, retaliation, and other federal statutes (the FMLA, FCA Sec. 3730 (h) – retaliation).
Additional Information:
- The environment is around Business Litigation and Employment Litigation.
- The role is mostly remote/spent in DC Federal courts.
- Some degree of accessibility on occasion in Reston VA, but due to being in court, most time will be spent in DC Federal courts.
- Firm spends a lot of time within the rocket docket.
- Trial experience as a litigator is strongly preferred.
- People who have led jury trials and bench trials would be ideal, but strong litigation backgrounds are still considered.
